In 1998 I decided I would hold out for something a little bigger than a 2 point. This buck we watched a few months before the season and knew exactly what he did every day. He would feed down a fence line every morning and every night. Opening morning Dad sat on the fence line and like clock work here he came, but unfortunately dad missed. Later in the hunt I had my chances too. All together we missed this buck seven times before dad made a push, and the deer walked by me giving me a good shot. He was my first deer over twenty inches with a bow
